Takeshi Wakatsuki
A sushi chef for 25 years who inherited Takehan from the previous generation. Known for his friendly personality and an insatiable curiosity for fields beyond cooking, he continuously strives for new challenges with relentless effort. His charm lies in his delicate nigiri and culinary creations.
Masumi Wakatsuki
A floral artist who cherishes the beauty of nature. Through unique arrangements that incorporate a sense of the seasons, she adds elegance and warmth to any space, expressing an artistic world of flowers.
Chacha
As a pioneer of decorative maki-sushi art, Chacha is an artist who treats sushi as a canvas to create delicate and beautiful works. Using vibrant ingredients, she elevates sushi into a sophisticated form of artistic expression.
Design Assist（デザインアシスト）
Responsible for the visuals and videos of Sushi Takehan Wakatsuki. They also serve as the visual producer for the SUSHI ART PARTY. A self-proclaimed "Sushigrapher" who places the highest priority on capturing the "sizzle" and visual appeal of sushi.
